Coude-Tip, or "Bent-Tip," Catheters have a slight bend in the insertion tip to make urination easier for anyone with narrowing of the urethra - or a "urethral stricture" - and/or blockages in the urethra pathway. Proper usage of these catheters makes it easier for some men to thread the catheter past their prostate and drain the bladder.

Like all urological supplies, Coude-Tip Catheters should be used with cleanliness in mind. Always be sure to wash your hands and keep all areas clean before and after using each product - to avoid the spreading of harmful bacteria. If you experience any complications during use, be sure to contact your doctor immediately.

Also, remember that Self-Catheterization should only be carried out under your Doctor's advice. It's good to learn about proper Coude-Tip Catheter use and care before you get started. You should always follow your Doctor's instructions on "Plan of Care" and "Frequency of Use" when using catheter and urological supplies.

Contact Medical Direct Club or your Doctor for further questions about Coude-Tip Catheters.
