Intermittent Catheters are a temporary/short-term solution for draining urine from the bladder. These catheters come in many different sizes and lengths to fit your body, and were made to reduce both UTIs and kidney damage. Some catheter types even come pre-lubricated for your convenience - making the self-catheterization process easier.

Although Intermittent Catheters are "sterile," always remember to wash your hands and sanitize all areas before and after use - to further avoid the spreading of bacteria and harmful cross contaminants.

Also, be sure to consult your Doctor to determine whether Self-Catheterization is the right solution for you. You should always follow your Doctor's instructions on "Plan of Care" and "Frequency of Use" when using catheter and urological supplies.

You can trust Medical Direct Club for all your Intermittent Catheter needs.
